moter gone in my dyson dc07 but unable to find out how to get at it to check it or replace brushes or replace moter
would like either a instruction manual or instructions on how to do this
Its quite a job to talk the dyson apart. If your motor is definately in need of replacement, dyson will charge you £55 to fix the problem. Replacing it yourself will take a lot of time and effort if you can get it back together properly and the motors aren't cheap to buy!

With difficulty.Remove every screw you can find on the outside and carefully prise the body apart. There could even be some screws hiding under the dust canister or filters.Seem to put them in a different place on every one to confuse you.
