triton spellbind shower?

my water temp will not go above 32 degress after starting. temp is normal then drops rapidly will then not go back up. ??????????

I've just rang the Triton helpline as I have the same problem. They have suggested it is the Thermostatic valve & needs an engineer to call. My unit is out of guarantee so the cost is £92.98 & covers call out, labour & parts I believe. The helpline is 0870 067 37 67
