digivox help please?

check out the provider your scanning , that is is yours ? go to menu, then (instalation ) ok that ,, look down the list see if its showing your provider , under ( auto scann/ manaul scann/ , the provider name should be there , ntl/ tellewest virgin , ect". also check that the symbol rate is the right one , for ntl it should be 6887 . not sure of tellewest , rate , 682? , there are only two rates i think , , ill check back ,, here , mick 22.51pm
