hello my renault scenic magane wont start ?

help my renault scenic wont start battery full light and everything work but it wont turn over i have removed the battery totally charges it i need help thank you

Well, you know I had just this problem a couple of weeks ago. It was simply that the steering lock was on. Why, oh why does this cause the engine to be cut-off?? You can't exactly drive without turning the wheel, which would take the steering lock off anyway.
