the white input lead?

it might dry out for you , but dont have it on for a day or two , if its showing "snow on , the tv , you can replace the down lead . but its like steray said , they should have put a rain loop in the lead just as it came in to the window , so the lead ,goes down the wall 6ins past the window, and then back up into the hole in the wall/ window. so the rain can drain off the lead , and not follow it into your room , "get them back out to fix it ,

hi molly,i would get in touch with the people who fitted your dish/cable as this should have a loop in the cable to stop water entering the machine, incorrectly fitted basically
