Mend Camray 3 Wind Blowing

camray 3 wind blowing back?

when the wind is coming from a certain direction it is blowing back into the boiler and making the burner struggle it always keeps going but the noise and the mild smell of smoke is annoying the boiler is a camray 3 and its flue goes out the wall behind it
anyone got any ideas as to a solution?

I think there is a modification to the control that allows the fan to run for some seconds to purge the flue after the flame stops, but could only be on later models?? I not an expert...
