Gas leaking onto deck and muffler filling with gas?

The reason your mower is dripping gas is the needle valve in the carb.bowl is not shoutting off the gas. So the gas has no where to go but out onto the deck. Also the gas will leak past the valves in the combustion chamber and out the muffler. But thats not the only problem that you will find. The gas that is in the muffler is also in the oil. So don't start that mower untill you take the carb off and fix the gas needle valve. Once you have that fixed than drain the oil out and replace it with clean oil. About one quart of 10w30 weight oil. Let me know how things go! And good luck with it.
