electrolux camper fridge model RM 4281?

Have you pressure washed your vehicle if so remove grill/s from side of vehicle and check wether glass fiber lagging is wet back of frig remove pipe or chimney for gas exhaust ,if wet 12v cables tracking no work if lot of condense in gas exhaust no work, try on gas but hold valve in until you see gas temp needle start to rise or indicator light comes on, may take 5 minutes holding but you will have to dry lagging out I had same model frig in my caravan and had same problem in 207 season due to pressure wash. I even bought new thermocouple which cost £21 trade I dried all inside with hair dryer through grill and it worked 3 way took thermocouple back !

Seems strange they both go same time.
If you've not used the gas side before check the in-line turn off valve is in on position. Ingition on pilot light is evident through window but even holding in control knob for x seconds as stated the pilot goes out it could be the thermocoupler need replacing.
12volt could be the fuse. hope this helps.
