look for software down loads and follow the instructions, you will need the cable that connects your phone to the usb, port on a computer. the only problem is you will lose the pictures on your phone but it should work ok.

try getting on the sony ericson site and get the s500i software updater and update it or send it back to sony ericson to fix it
