im assuming you either got a citroen or peugeot economy mode active basically means that the car has turned the power off to anything that usually worked with the ignition on but engine not running eg radio windows etc its the cars way of saving enough power to start the engine, when it detects the battery voltage dropping below 10.8 volts it activates until the engine has been run and the battery recharged with the alternator
