part number 83301540 it is a Triton T200 RE and the temperature is very cold.

if no one has got back to you yet go on to the shower doc web site they have got the can assembly that you want but you can pay more for a can then the whole shower

Are you sure it's the can assy. It could be the relays on the PCB. Triton plc will sell you the parts that you require over the phone or the internet.
