How to change the turning point on upvc door?

if your door has a midrail then answer is no,unless you want to have a high midrail in your door,just turn door over so the head is now the cill,put drainage holes in and turn lock round and re-fit,use your door handles as a jig by turning them round,place handle fixing holes over top and bottom holes in door,mark the center of your lever handle then draw the hole for the euro cylinder,cut the holes into door and job done.you may need to buy a new center latch keep as they are handed
