sky hd box?

new hd box but it keeps turning my tv of for a few seconds then comes bk on help y

i tried to do an update and my box went bang half way threw lol

Unplug the box from the mains. Hold down the menu botton on top of the unit (or whichever button is the furthest away from you that make up the circle on the top of the box). Plug the box back in whilest holding this button down, keep it held down until all four light on front of the box come on.

The system will preform an update. Leave it until it has completed. DO NOT SWICH IT OFF. When it has finished you r box should be OK... until the next time it freezes and you have to do this again!
