grundig dvdr 550?

I am having problems with the power supply on my DVDR as well. The 5V DC is coming out of the power supply as 3V DC. The power supply I have on my DVDR is a Fairway VA3523 and it has the same number sequence (90-128-04000) beside the serial number. When you look at the number sequence, check the top left hand corner of the circuit board an you may see the same manufacturer name and model number. I have not been able to find the model on the manufacturer's website but I have sent them a request for information. I hope this helps
