Mend Ariston One Net Evo Boiler Pressure Error Code

Boiler Shut Down?

I had an Ariston Combi Boiler fitted a while ago (2/3 Months).The Bungalow is up for sale so the system at the moment is seldom used. I fired it up 2 days ago to warm the house through. Hot Water ..No problem but when the heating control is switched on the temperature guage drops right down and shows an Error code "E02".In the manual it says that the likely cause is the water pressure. Also the pressure guage is showing zero instead of 1+ Please advise on the probable cause in your opinion, also the remedy

You need to repressurise the system using the filling loop. The engineer who installed the boiler should have taken you through this procedure before the final 'hand over' or it should be explained in the boiler hand book.
Whilst it is not uncommon for systems to require topping up it does seem a little odd to loose the pressure so quickly also given the small amount of use. It could mean you have a leak in the system somewhere. My best advice would be to check with your installer with reference to any instalation warranty and to get them to return and resolve the problem.
