OK several options.....
Remove wheel if possible for easy of access.
Option 1 - fit an inner tube.
Option 2 - take a length of rope and make a tourniquet to fit around the middle of the tyre. Tghten it - if the tyre is not too badly mis-shaped, the beads will seat well enough to inflate it. Remove the rope as soon as the beads are seated.
Opton 3 - AT YOUR OWN RISK (this is the method I use). Use a blowlamp and allow propane to fill the tyre for 3-5 seconds (NO LONGER!). Using a LONG match, ignite it. Problem solved!
Option 4 - Take the wheel to a tyre fitter.
