How do I adjust the idle on my Stihl 028 AV?

If the saw is idleing good and when you pull the trigger is snaps up quickly you don't want to adjust the idle. You want to turn your High speed jet the one with the "H" on it out about a 1/4 to start with. It is bogging down because it doesn't have enough fuel for the demand you are putting on it. But turn is this out, or counter-clockwise you are giving more fuel. Do this in as little increments as possible until it runs right at high speed when cutting. If you have another person with you have them hold and run the saw while you turn the screw out until it winds up correctly.
