Mend Roca Victoria Toilet Water Flowing

Roca toilet problem?

I have a Roca toilet with dual flush valve. The buttons are stuck down, and water is flowing into the pan. How do I fix this please?

Thank you so much for helping me remove the lid at midnight to stop continous flushing in my two week old loo. The inside doesn't look like my old cisterns! Found a two-pronged piece needed raising up a screw-type part - no idea what the parts are!

insert a butter knife between the buttons and unscrew anti clockwise,they willcome out as a unit allowing you to take the top cover off , inspect the inner working for any faults.
