biasi 24 fault finding dhw?

hi I have a biasi m96m/c2 model ,

I turn hot water tap on and boiler dos not fire up c/h do s not work either .
this fault used to happen for short time in morning hot water then cold I turn hot tap off then wait a few minutes then turn hot water on its was ok . BUT NOW will not fire up at all

i turn on hot tap heats up for30 secs then boiler maks loaud bang goes out wait 30secs same happens again

there is a problem with central heating,wont start but the hot water option working fine

Hi im a corgi engineer PURE GAS of poole.

The water to water heat exchanger is scaled up if you sometimes find the water is cold and then hot sometimes scalding. replace this add put a water softner on the mains into the boiler cheers
