take out bead with chisel or flat thin wallpaper scraper type tool push in between frame and bead which can be difficult, if it is take out gasket outside chisel between gasket and frame pull hard this will make beads easier to remove glass size will be width and height less 10mm back edge of bead to back edge of bead glass thickness will be 20mm 24mm or 28mm, make sure you put gaskets back into groove of window, glass on packers at bottom in line with front edge of glass if you do not do this the glass can break when beads are put back,
