Hey guys, i´m having exactly the same problem.when someone calls i can´t hear but they hear me loud and clear... how do u fix it??
Last time this happened i updated and then it was ok but now i did the same and nothing...

I have no sound either. It doesn't ring or play back the sound in videos I recorded on the phone even though they played sound before. No alerts for text messages or when scrolling through ring tones.
Could you elaborate on ' it will be sim'. Could you explain how that affects phones sound. I am a bit dim also!!
