Mend Help Door Came Off

help!!! my garage door has came off the runner?

please help!!! my up and over garage door has came off the runner and wont close, i dont want to pay over the odds to have someone take 5 mins to repair it, any advice would be greatly appreciated

Close the door as best you can...

Unscrew the channel the roller runs in at its lower end and move it slightly to one side, set the door where you need it and move the channel over the roller. Do up the screw - will probably need a big screwdriver and a strong wrist.
