The choke adjustment screw is located below the seat compartment, beneath the engine cover plate.
To adjust the choke, first open the seat cover, then using a phillips head screwdriver, remove the plastic engine cover screw, and then remove the cover.
Below this cover, you will see the carbuerator, and the adjustment screw is right on the end of the throttle linkage.
Turning the screw clock-wise will increase the idle speed, and counter-clock-wise will lower the idle speed.
