I dropped my blush compact down the toilet. It is about 3 inches in diamete?

I dropped a bag full of cosmetics down my toilet. I did not realize that the compact (about 3 inches in diameter) was missing until a few days later. Do I need to call a plumber or can I unscrew something to give me access to inside the pipes?
