Hi I think you might have leaking leak off pipes. Replace the pipe and T pieces, This is a common fault. Just a point I have a Y plate 2.0DTi and the glow plugs come on up untill + 13 deg c .

Is the glow plug light coming on? If its like my Vectra the glow plugs dont work untill its about 7c or lower. Its a pain this time of year cause its cold enough to make it hard to start but not cold enough to make the glow plugs work. Roll on those frosty mornings!!!
