Necht dishwasher spares?

Do not buy anything from this company. My dream kitchen became tears. I have not had a kitchen since 21st feb 2013. The builders are having hell with this shoddy crap. I'm so upset my 1970s kitchen was beautiful compared to my heartbreak.
Use goggle before you make a purchase even if you get through they cut you off if they can't cope with your dissatisfaction.
4 years I saved for a kitchen I have had to use credit cards to put it right.

Hi I am afraid you will struggle to get anything for this cheap chinese crap that came from one of vance millers rip off outfits (maple industries) he sells all sorts of kitchens and appliances that are at the least sub standard crap , i purchased one of his kitchens from kitchens uber. the list of faults are too many to list here and the necht appliances supplied are just limping along and we dont expect them to last , they are only 8 months old and many faults are arising. in future buy from the high street and get what you pay for. the really sad thing is that our government know about this Bandit yet they still FAIL TO Protect the innocent consumer . his organisation as had NO GENUINE GOOD FEEDBACK and if you read any then its probably fabricated by one of his bandit cronies (employees). sorry for moaning on but people should steer clear of this crap

i am serously thinking of starting a repair company to fix all the snag problems this company create, looking at this site alone you could make a small fortune in repairs alone just by returning people's calls and fixing faults, but i would not like to be linked with rock solid kitchens as they are a top ten crap company. i bought a kitchen from them back in 2009 and had to install it myself, as i live in northern ireland i made a few phone calls and arranged a visit to the delivery driver in the middle of the night,( this helped me, but was not so good for the poor driver) the end result was i ended up with enought spare units to fit a small kitchen in my garage, ha,ha. all said and done, my view is i only got what i paid for as i have seen a few other kitchens people have paid twice what i paid for mine and are not as good quality. but you do need to be prepared to make a lot of changes to the equipment and have a good hand at diy. if i can answer any of your qestions please ask,

I also had a night-mare purchase from Kitchen Dreams...I went as far as starting legal proceedings, but then realised that after spending over £100 in doing so, this was going to cost me even more, and this company are so slimey, they keep getting away with ruining peoples lives...I gave up in the end. Now however, my Necht dishwasher needs repairing...I don't know what to do now. Perhaps if we all stick together, and sign a petition and present it to the relevant bodies, we might actually get somewhere.

I got a phone call from Simply Kitchens today and one of their guys turned up today and said he was from The Kitchen Factory 1 vicarage road bra... which of course did not exist when i searched for it on line - he said he supplied Poggenpol, smallbone etc etc... and then said he would use Necht appliances as those are what were used in all the the good proper chefs kitchens! (i doubt it!) he drove a new jaguar when he arrived and wore diamond rings etc... he looked rather odd for a kitchen man and am very pleased i read this! he wanted £150 order fee and wanted cash on delivery as were of course a manufacturer i thought that was too odd not to check out!

the kitchen factory based in blackpool is no better than the other companies mentioned. Ordered in august but not received till end of september,made alterations to original order as could not supply 2 cupboards i wanted or the laminate upstands as requested and paid for. promised that the would install it but they did not get in touch to do this, husband used to fit kitchens so has made a start to fit it but we have loads of stuff missing cooker housing unit, cupboard doors and handles, no holes in units to fit the doors to, have tried to ring them and e- mail them but refuse to answer our complaints. what a wate of our money.

Hi I dont know if this is of any use but we brought a solid wood kitchen from rock solid kitchens c/w appliances necht washing macine , dishwasher and so on the wasing machine broke down after 4 month and finnally when we were looking for a new one we saw one on line the same but it was made by beumatic and there spares dept were very helpfull and the washing machine is now working again. Dont buy from rock solid

I have a code E6 coming up, which I believe relates to the heating element of my Necht Dishwasher. I must be one of the 'lucky' ones as my dishwasher has lasted 18 months! Can anyone help regarding this error code as my kitchen is too small for piles of washing up. I got my kitchen from 'Rock Solid Kitchens' and I too had peices missing/incorrect from order. I was sent a built under oven housing, when I'd ordered a build in eye level one. My fitter (independant) was able to make me the right housing, which meant I had to buy as close a matching doors for top and bottem, as ones I had ordered. The wrong handles were sent and one of the top cupboards was thw wrong side. I did badger them for ages but to no availe. Customer Services were completely rubbish and I would gladly go there and shoot the crook that runs this and other companies, along with his useless bl**dy staff! Steer clear at all costs

We bought a solid wood kitchen with appliances from Kitchens Direct. They also fitted the kitchen and appliances which included an integrated dishwasher. So far we've replaced the cooker hood, and the integrated Necht dishwasher only worked for a few months, then stopped. I've tried tiredlessly to contact Kitchens Direct without success. I've also tried getting the necessary part required without success. This has been going on for the best part of a year without a result. Where can I buy parts for this machine or shoud I just get a new dishwasher.

My Elderly parents got conned buying this S"!t from Simply Kitchens or Kitchens Simply what ever the name they go by,paid them cash told my parents everything was here are part from the breakfast bar. When i checked the larder was missing what they sent was 3 conti boards and conti shelves to put in the larder. units missing doors missing paid from a hob Necht Appliance, were told by the sales rep theses were solid wood cupboards they all had MFI on the covers. The customers services are complete animals even the so called women. Complete cons cowboys i've got in touch with watchdog and i shall be informing trading standards

i also need a new on/off switch for a necht dishwasher..anybody any ideas...i also bought a kitchen from kitchens direct had a nightmare i,ve now 2 grands worth of kitchen thats looks absolutley awful there were no holes to put the doors on most of the appliances were damaged.i paid for a frost free fridge freezer and when it arrived it was a normal one..i rang the firm who duly told me that they don,t sell them.i asked for a refund on the fridge freezer so i could go purchase a frost free one. i was told that as i had unpacked it they can,t refund my money..even though the only way to find if it was frost free was by unpacking it????
if it wasn,t so upsetting it,d be laughable..i hope the guy who own,s this company dies a slow painful death and hopefully someone does it to him who films the man in total and utter agony..
as it would make a best seller..the man is evil..

Kitchens 4 less, advertising on the internet as the cheapest kitchens in the world, have their depot in Oldham and sell Necht appliances from a showroom in Doncaster - DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM or you will find yourself in a real mess as the parts will be missing and you'll be lucky if you ever get what you paid for - in cash upfront. If I can bring myself to list the delightful experience we have had, and are still having with these unmentionables, I'll post again. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED - remember, "caveat emptor". If you have already ordered from them, under no circumstances allow the delivery guys scoot off with the cash or bankers draft before you check every little item of every package in the batch, yes, even down to the last screw, and I don't just mean the quantity but also the quality and condition of them too.

we also bought a kitchen from these C***s!
They promised a real wood kitchen, with a stainless steel Cooker hood, instead we got a piece of cheap crap, In a veneer that is supposed to look like wood and after a year has started to peel off.
The fitting for the cupboards where made of cheap plastic, they broke off and the entire unit, cooker hood included(also made from chipboard) fell down from the walls with all our stuff inside.
Lucky none of us where in the kitchen, it could have killed my children and seriously hurt one of us!
The dishwasher broke last week, we are not even trying to contact the b*st*rds, we are just gonna buy a new one.
whatever you do...DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!!
If you want something cheap, go to Ikea,these guys are not only a joke but a liability.

I've just handed over £2000 of hard earned cash for my new kitchen from 'Rock Solid Kitchens' and it has been a total nightmare. The kitchen wasn't delivered on time, then we recieved phone calls stating they've had a warehouse fire so can't have the original doors. When it did turn up, vital pieces were broken. Their kitchen fitter didn't bother ringing me so I had to organise my own. When he opened boxes he found cupboards with no markings on them to indicate where the feet, shelves or hinges go, he had to make it up as he goes along. We've spent hours on the phone to customer services which either rings out or no-one answers. Now i'm reading that the appliances i've had delivered are s**t and will probably break down. Who makes a hob with the main wire in the front of it anyway???
In all, a total disaster. Steer clear of this conning bunch of wan**ers, find a decent reputable firm....

I bought a kitchen off Rock Solid last October (08). Several things were wrong / missing, didn't fit together. I just got nowhere with their customer services, in fact an answer to a letter took 6 weeks to materialise.. in the end I went to B&Q. Anyway, I sued for my money back, won the case and sent the baliffs in ... No surprise that the baliffs told me that I had little to no chance of getting my money back as the proprieters were on bail for fraud ....... DONT GO THERE

I have just bought a kitchen from Rock Solid Kitchens with Necht appliances and I am very concerned regarding the issues mentioned in the comments above. There seem to be different companies mentioned though, can those of you who have dealt with Rock Solid Kitchens leave a comment here as I intend on doing something about this and there is strength in numbers! Also did any of you get a call before delivery stating that they had made a mistake and that that they need more money?

hi there i got my kichten from rock solid 9 months ago my washing machine pack in i made about 5 phone calls and got mess about. after 6 weeks later i went out and got a new washing machine out of the blue i got a phone call to bring it back and they exchange it for me with any hassle.

I have had the lovely experience of dealing with Kitchens the company who supplied my fully intergrated kitchen and unfortuntaley have had nothing but problems.... they are now maple industries and are still as arrogant as ever. BUYER STAY AWAY! There custmer department works via fax and will not let me have a contact number so i can order a spare element for my dishwasher........

There kitchen they supply are garbage, they send half a kicthen and the sinks etc are continenal fittings...... after resulting swearing and tantraming down the phone i eventually got what i was asking for but it was a 2 week fight calling them every day.... totally A**R H***s! The gangster who owns the company was caught and prosequted by trading standards shut down and then guess what re opened as another company!!!!! And i assume will continue to do so through out his trading life..... How can trading standards allow this man to take our hard earned money!!!!! Disgusting...

Anyway anyone know where i can get spare parts for Necht dishwasher????

Necht dishwasher - doesnt do what it says on the tin. We have had our dishwasher for 3 months. 2 months of that it hasnt worked. Trying to get hold of them is a nightmare. When you do, they put the phone down on you. We have lost a lot of money because of them, the price of the dishwasher and a call out fee from an engineer. We are very much out of pocket and probably wont see that money again. Cowboys the lot of them. Why did we get sucked in. I shall go to Currys or whatever next time. I cannot believe we were so gulible

Necht dishwashers are supplied by Maple Industries and are being sold by their salespeople as Neff Dishwashers made in Germany and excellent quality. They are actually rubbish re-branded cheep-crap that do not work. Mine was delivered by Rock-solid Kitchens who I have now found to be part of the big Kitchen suppliers run by Vince Miller other companys that are offering the same kitchens are Forever Kitchers, Kitchens Direct, Rock solid Kitchens to name but a few. BUYER BE WARE Any company selling MFI Surplus stock or offering 10 Oak Fronted units with oven etc for £495 is probably part of this company. They say pay on delivery by Cash or Bankers Order and they only deliver part of your kitchen on each delivery always not delivering all the doors so you cannot go any where else for the remainder of your kitchen. The quality is poor and up to now I have had 5 delivery dates 2 of which I have had some of my kitchen delivered, many units damaged or completly missing the Necht dishwasher does not work. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

We had purchase kitchen from this company and they have ripped us. We have ordered items and first up all the delivery was not done on the same day as they promised, then they have not delivered few items and have not informed us the same. Later we had to go to their showroom (it looks like jail) and met a lady called herself Assistent Manager and she refused to give us the parts which was not delivered. She claims that it has been delivered and she was very very arrogant on us. We had to raise our voice to cope with her. And finally we had to pay the money for getting the parts which we have paid already and have not delivered. Luckily we got a nice kitchen fitter who done a good job of installing using extra wood pieces they delivered us and even the door size was not matching with the cabinet and had to put extra wood to make the door fitted. It was a complete mess. Door colors were different eventhough we have ordered white kitchen, it was which and dull white etc and a mess.... We were wondering how they are getting customers.... We had to spend whole day there to get our missing stuffs....

Claire, E4 refers to a water pressure problem. try turning the inlet tap slightly closed....it could be that you have too high water pressure in your area & turning the tap half off will reduce this.

Zara, this one had me fooled for a while....are you trying to select your program with the door shut? You can't!! the door must be open to select a program. Failing that, the door switch may think the door is shut when, in fact, it is open.
The number 20 just gives the temperature inside the cabinet. This will be around room temperature on switching on, rising to as much as 65 during the hottest cycle.

My necht dishwasher has just packed in 3 days before Christmas!! (although I do feel grateful from reading others comments that mine lasted just over 2 years!). I have an error (E4) coming up in the display and no idea what it relates to! Any ideas?? Surprise, surprise it was from Kitchens Direct (are they still trading?) and I will be reporting them to trading standards since I didn't realise what cowboys they were until now.

dont hold your breath for a good result , like many others bought kitchen form the company called kitchen and what aload of rubbish everything just about lasts past the 1 year guarentee, my dishwaher just packed up and yes its a necht we also have doors missing and damaged granite work surface never appeared either and now the company claim we still owe them 700 pounds for the work surface even though money paid to the delivery men as told to do so but they took all the paperwork with them so we cant prove what was left to pay , now they just dont reply to our calls and the fax number given doesnt seem to want receive anything what a suprise.

i have a dishwasher necht WQP12-9319 and the programs wont work and it s stopped washing need some advice it the on off button works and the number 20 comes up on timer can you give me some advice that may help with this problem can u help with this

Hi Batman

You can replace your cooker hood lights easily by taking the NECHT
facia badge of f the front off the hood the bulbs are behind this.

I also bought a kitchen from 'kitchens' & guess what, my necht dishwasher has packed up. I also had 2 doors & a cupboard missing. My fridge & freezer doors both fell off, as have 3 cupboard doors. I received the wrong type of oven & a totally useless washing machine, which takes over 3 hours to do a basic wash. I have made investigations myself into this company & have got nowhere. It looks like we have all been ripped off as i cant get my dishwasher repaired either.

We are also amongst the mugs who bought a kitchen from Vance Miller (Kitchens). We have reported this to the Daily Star as he advertises with them and they are investigating the matter. Our local free paper also advertise for him, they say they are working with the police on the matter. I have emailed the BBC, Watchdog, Which Magazine and the Manchester Evening News who first reported on him back in 2003 when he was imprisoned for the same practices!!!! We have a Necht oven and cooker hood, perhaps I should be perversely grateful that the Necht hob did not arrive?! Please add your comments on as many sources as you can - hopefully this will get the man stopped once and for all.

i thought i was the only one we got the kitchen from the same company and we have had it a year, already its falling apart the taps are loose, the sink leaks, the fridge door has broken and to top it off the dishwasher has also broken, we can't find anyone to repair it as no onhas ever heard of the make !!!!! tried calling the customer number and guess what its engeged as well, the guys who fitted it could not speak a work of engish and one night were at our house untill 2am fitting the kitchen......

necht diswasher are from a company called kitchens who have been on the tv program watch dog but it was called maple industries this company is owned by a man called vance miller i have had a kitchen of this vile person fridge freezer not working necht dishwasher not working cooker hood yes a necht one kitchen doors still not arrived i have been waiting two monthes for them i suggest you get intouch with the office of fair trading they will be very happy to here from you as they have taken this company under it' old name to court before the more complaint they get maybe the next time they go to court the owner will be banned from trading ever again
