I accidentally did a ram clear up and wiped out my programming on Samsung er-5100. I keep get E1 error when I turn key to P position and try to program the tax. (1.0000->shift tax1) What should I do? Is there any setup I should run before any programing start?

Ok. This is a high end model, so there is a lot of system programming that has now gone. I assume you didn't back up your programming, so you are back to square one.
For tax, try this:
01.00000 TAX SHIFT CASH
