Mend Insignia NS-27LCD Lcd Tv No Power Supply

Insignia LCD TV NS-27LCD?

I have in my banch one Insignia LCD Tv NS-27LCD. I pluged it and pushed the power button just the name insignia lit, nothing more happend. I think the power supply have problem, but I don't have esquematic to chek those voltages. If some one know something about, please let me know. Tank you
