I was useing my tomtom one the other night, suddenly the screen went mad and loads of overlays appeared, it then shut down and wont start up again. I thought it was the battery and so charged it up, although the green charge light comes on it wont function at all even on its own battery. Its about a year old. Thanks.
Try reset button underneath. There is a small hole, use a tooth pick to press and reset. Then switch you Tomtom on. Mine had similar problem.It did work!!!!!!!!!!
