Image 10.0 treadmill console problem?

I saw this question posted in April 08, but i did not see an answer. The console lights up and makes a continuous buzzing noise. The sound is definitely in the console, not the motor. Is the console junk, or can it be fixed?

Same Blue transistor placed under the logo under front bottom panel. 4 simple screws and placed the peg back in the hole. Tada! Fixed and it was close to being taken to the curb. Sure am thankful for whoever offered the fix.
Must have been the kids jumping on the front.
Dealer told me the console was $239 and the power board was $99 which did not include the service call or labor.

Unbelievable! I'm trying to pin point the cause since a couple of days, studying the wire diagrams and diagnostics provided in the drive system compartment. I did not expect the issue on the power control board, but indeed, the big capacitor was the issue. Wiggled it, and sure enough, it works!

Love you guys! My treadmill hasn't worked for a year. I was pulling it out to "trash it" and thought I would look online to see if anyone else had the same problem first. THANK GOD I DID. Works like new! My daughter will be very excited! THANKS so much!

The blue little barrel was not making full contact. I just plugged it back on and secured it with some electrical tape to make sure it didn't fall again and it works fine now. Thanks Jeremy!!!

My treadmill had the same problem. Under the Plastic panel with the Image 10.0 logo that covers the motor there is a little blue (about .75" diameter and 1" long)barrel-shaped electronic component. It attaches to the circuit board with two pins. What must have happened is that my kids stepped on that panel and bent that component down and one pin came out of the circuit board. I reinserted both pins on the bottom of that barrel into the circuit board and it works good as new. Took me about 3 minutes to repair. Hope this helps.

I found an answer! While i turned it on, it was making that buzzing noise when i accidently stepped on the part with the Image 10.0 logo. It made a big thump and the system reset or something and works like normal. Works every time!

I had the same problem and left it untouched for two weeks. Yesterday, my child plugged in the key and it just worked normally.

I am having the same problem. New Console is out of stock and probably not worth replacing. Anyone else solved this issue?
