megane renault head tightening?

what is renault megane tappets sequence for tightning
1.6 8valve engine is a k7m

there will be a correct sequence but as long as you start in the centre and work your way out youl be alright and remember to tighten opposites as well you should know what i mean also dont tighten to max torque straight away just do them a little tighter than hand tight before you torque down then set your torque wrench to 10 bar off correct torque then final torque to finish after the car has been run for 2 days they advise you to wip the rocker cover off and retorque down althou noone does cheers curt
