Hi, I have a 5000 RDS radio for my R Reg Fiesta. I needed a new battery and now this has happened. The code in the owners manual is wrong and I now have 'Locked 10' message displayed.
The serial number is M395964. Is it possible to get this sorted myself? Is there a right code for my radio?
ensure the radio is off.press and hold preset 6 and switch radio on keeping 6 pressed.the display should change after a few seconds and u can then enter the pin code but i beleive u only get 2 or 3 attempts so make sure u have correct pin or it will need to be sent away to be unlocked
