Nissan Almera 1800 SE 2001 Rear Brake Pads?

How can I release the mechanical handbrake cam that goes through the middle of the hydraulic cylinder so that I can retract the piston to fit new brake pads

Nissan Nissan Almera 1800 SE Vehicles, Cars Nissan Almera Piston

These are anti-lock brakes on the rear and there is a special tool for winding them back in (after cleaning). Any good spares shop will sell you these.
