REPLACEMENT BATTERY FOR GARDENLINE HEDGE TRIMMER?

Hi there I need a battery garden line abp118k2 18v 2.0ah for hedge cutter can anyone help thanks andrew

From what I can find, the company is out of business in the U.S. The product is made in china and that company probably makes many of the off name brands out there. The last battery I bought cost $44.99 six years ago and has been used about a total of 4 times a year until depleted and the recharged. It is starting to charge less each time and is at about 20 minutes per charge. If you are a DC power wizard, you can probably open the batter and replace the series batteries inside to create a new Gardenline slide in. (and battery made for cordless power tools should have the same setup inside).

If it was the one from ALDI and the small battery you clip to your belt.look up model number HT01 at www.greytech.co.uk or gtech.co.uk as they are suppliers but charge about £24. When I bought mine there was a card in the box with Grey tech on it offering spare batterys for about £10 plus postage
