is it a scantronic 9200?

grey wall box roughly 12" by 10",some dark grey lines and 9200 top left cnr...if it is then do you have any pir for said item as i have one that seems faulty,litlte red light perm lit,also control box keeps clicking...?one other thing,do you have a back up battery as this one seems to have no charge......
