On an x reg clio you should have a LED type sensor in both your key fobs. put a camra phone to it a press the fob . if the led is blinking at you through the phone screen they are working.(small white light ) if not take the fob apart a check for a battery voltage (3v) or the button and led is not broken. If the fobs are working then its more than likey the UCH which is a dealer fit as it has to be programed to the car.aprox £300.
