how do i set the timing when fitting a new belt as i have lost the marks and need to alighn everything ??/

you need the timing pins crank pin goes in the flywheel which is in a hole behind the fuel filter might have a plastic blanking plug in it,you have a pin for the camshaft and for the injection pump if the engine locks up when you try to time up the engine you need to turn the camshaft gear to miss the valves buy ford belt kit comes with instructions
