Mend Lexmark X1270 All-in-one Printer

x1270 all in one wont print colour?

I refilled my colour cartridge then it wouldn`t print colour bought a new cartridge still wont print. also shows a full cartridge even when no cartridge is in. this is the second printer of this model this has happened on. last time I scrapped it!
