MICRO WAVE DOOR IS NOT OPENING?

I AM NOT ABLE TO OPEN. TECHNICALLY SPEAKING THE WHEN YOU PUSH ONE-TOUCH DOOR OPEN BUTTON, IT SUPPOSE TO OPEN THE DOOR BUT IT IS NOT OPENING. THE MODEL NUMBER IS (whirlpool+microwave+MK1154XP)

The repair man teach me to do so but make sure the surrounding is clear and safe :

1. Unplug the Oven
2. Push down and hold the one-touch door open button
3. Spray very little WD40 or similar lubricant around the edge of the button
4. Release the button and try if you can open the door
5. Repeat 2-3 times when necessary

Lastly, clean up the outside of the oven .
