Fix honda accord starting problem?

I have a W reg Honda accord 1.8s that is sometimes difficult to start when it has been left overnight and i try to start in damp conditions, usually it will eventually start if i keep the ignition going but not allways (unless of course the battery goes first) I have replaced the plugs, but not sure what to do next, what should i try ?
