my hotpoint dryer is not colllecting water in the water container. the water seems to be at the back of the condenser unit. when i empty this it will work, untill the next time.when i have to empty the water out again
the drum on my beko condenser dryer is not turning, there is heat in the dryer but it just won't turn

Either it is clogged up with fluff and gunge or the pump has failed. Try removing the condenser and with the POWER OFF stick your hand right in and clear out the gunge at the back with your fingers. This may fix the problem.
