if your mixer is old mira 88 you will have to strip down the valve you need a service kit from either mira or a local plumbers merchants if its a different model you could be lucky and you just need a replacement cartridge in both instances you will get instructions with the kits please follow them espec the 88 model instructions as there are lots of parts to replace take your time also you need the right tools for the job so dont attempt if you havnt got basic plumbing tools
