How can I fix my freezer?

Help! I have a Frigidaire chest freezer that quit working for the 2nd time several months ago. The first time it quit it was under warranty and a repairman came and fixed the capacitor. When it went out the 2nd time, we thought it was the same problem, so my husband removed the capacitor and had it checked. It turned out to not be the problem, and now we need to reconnect the capacitor. We diagramed the connections, but the drawing has been misplaced. Can anyone help with how to reconnect the capacitor? Please?
