A cheap repair on cast iron guttering would be to use black gutter mastic (instructions on tube). If you have plastic guttering, drip must be coming from a joint not the gutter, you can unclip the joint and replace the rubber sill or replace the whole joint. Joints, 90 corners, etc are only a few quid each. It could also be possible that the gutter length was cut incorrectly when fitted (not past the rubbers in joints), this may mean you need a new length of gutter if you cant slide it up a fraction without causing the same prob at the next joint along. Or you could add a new jointer in the middle of the gutter length to give you more play at the joints either end if this was the case. A new joint should clip on to an existing gutter bracket.Tho some brands come with bracket already fixed to jointer. You will just need to cut your length of gutter correctly either side of the new joint.
