sony ericsson K800i wont turn on?

hi,if you go to site, www.sonyericsson.com/support look for down load software for your phones model, follow the instructions, you will need the cable that connects your phone to the usb, port on a computer, the only thing is you will lose the pictures on your phone but it should work ok after that.
