how do i put a new by-pass code into my immobiliser on a 95 renault laguna?

can i please ask where u got the code as renault wont give it to me.

All this info is in owners handbook, it will tell you how to utilise 4 digit code and this disarms immobiliser for a period of time

Hi there, you need to turn the ignition on and the injection light needs to be flashing fast, then you press and hold the accel pedal to the floor, then using the adac button on the end of the wiper stalk ,you need to press the button to the number of times that is the same as the first digit of the code that you have then you let go of the pedal, pause for a second then press and hold the pedal to the floor and hold ,then enter the second digit of the code via the button ,and do the same for the other two digits ,and on the last digit when you have let go of the pedal if the injection light is still flashing you have either not entered the code correctly or the code isincorrect.If the light stays on this means you can start the engine , the code will only last for so long so you might need to enter the code again after awhile ,hope this helps.
