water leaking from pipe from heater rad/?

Its a B.....d to get at as it is deep with in the dash, but its the only reason you would have water dripping down there APART from if you have a leak say at the bottom of the windscreen and it is dripping from there. This would be evident if it only happens when it is raining, or try the garden hose around the window.
