Can't find an espag handle anywhere with a 40mm spindle?

I need an espag handle that is longer than most. So it is very unusual. Where can I buy one? Tried the internet, tried the high street - no luck!

found one at handlestore.com and got the exact spindle length I needed. it will be with tomorrow on site. thanks anyway.
