Hose not sucking?

The hose does not suck - the vacuum motor and its blower do the sucking. If the motor is turning and you have no suction check the hose for a blockage. Remove the hose and turn on - does the hose connection hole pull on your hand when you cover it up? If yes it's a blockage in the hose or cleaning head. If no then you might clean the filters and fit a new bag.
