Debond all phones in the radio, Then search your b/tooth and ford audio should show up, Enter your code on the phone,,0000 When your asked.

May be of use to you as i reset my st mondeo.
MAKE SURE,,,You have the code ..Pull fuse out and bingo reset ,,, I tryed this on our galaxy but never cured it..So it looks mr ford will be getting a call.
